The Tool is a free, browser-based utility. It runs entirely in your web browser. Any files, photos, or text you provide are processed locally on your own device and are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.
The Tool is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will meet your requirements.
You are solely responsible for the content you input and for any output you generate, download, share, or rely on. You agree to use the Tool only for lawful purposes and not to use it to infringe the rights of others, to process content you do not have the right to process, or in violation of any applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTF Designs and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Tool. Because the Tool is free, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

The Tool, its design, and its underlying code are owned by CTF Designs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to copy, resell, or redistribute the Tool itself. The content you create with the Tool remains yours.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
